Meet John: The Heart Behind Frost Development

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my journey.

From my early beginnings at just 10 years old, I was already deeply immersed in the world of real estate, accompanying family on single-family flips and rentals. This early exposure set the foundation for a lifelong passion.

My dedication on the football field as a Division 1 player was mirrored in the classroom. I proudly graduated with dual degrees in Business Management & Property Management. My unwavering passion for real estate led me to further my education, earning a

Masters in Real Estate Development and a Certificate in RE Investment & Finance.

Complementing my academic pursuits, I had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience. This came from mentoring under an esteemed asset management firm, collaborating with top brokerages, working alongside seasoned home flippers, and 4 years of Property Management.

All of these experiences and learnings culminated in the founding of Frost Development. We are more than just a real estate investment company; we are a vision brought to life, with a keen focus on the multifamily asset class. Our mission is clear and resonates with my personal journey: Empower individuals to build wealth and provide essential housing in markets where it's most needed.
